Plumbing, electrical and design services are outside the confirmed scope. The choice between repair and rebuilding, and the price, come after the existing conditions are reviewed.
What every project includes
The same terms apply to all four services. Help with the permitting process is available when permits are required.
Estimate and response
We typically respond to new inquiries within about one day. Simple estimates are usually ready the next day; detailed estimates can take up to about three days.
Payment
No deposit before work begins. The first 30% progress payment is collected after work has started, typically after day 1, 2, or 3. Subsequent payments are collected in stages as work progresses and completed work is billed. Payments are accepted by check or card.
Insurance and warranty
General liability insured. 3-year workmanship warranty. Excludes cracking or damage caused by foundation or structural movement and damage from improper tile care or maintenance.
Protection of your home
Self-adhesive protective film is used on carpet, protective paper on hardwood or laminate, and floor-to-ceiling plastic sheeting isolates especially dusty work. On larger projects, filtered dust-extraction or air-filtration equipment is used when necessary.
