Where we work

LV Tile is based in Aurora, CO. The primary service area is Aurora, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Englewood, Castle Rock, Castle Pines and Fox Hill; Denver, Commerce City, Denver Tech Center and Cherry Creek are also served. In every one of these areas the jobs have ranged from older homes to brand-new builds.

The process is the same across the area. We typically respond to new inquiries within about one day. Simple estimates are usually ready the next day; detailed estimates can take up to about three days. Help with the permitting process is available when permits are required. Road miles below are approximate and depend on the route.

Primary service area

Aurora, CO

LV Tile is based in Aurora, and most of the project catalog comes from here. The city grew outward over decades: the central neighborhoods date from the 1950s and 1960s, most existing homes were built in the 1970s and 1980s, and southeast Aurora has been under construction from the 2000s into the 2020s.

That range shows in the work. The Aurora shower pan repair in the catalog came from a house built around 2020 whose pan had been built incorrectly and had leaked into the plywood subfloor and the basement below. The other two Aurora projects are a basement bathtub converted into a tiled walk-in shower and a full bathroom and shower remodel.

Tan wall tile and a pebble floor are visible in a finished Aurora shower.

Parker, CO

Parker is about 17 miles southeast of Aurora by road. The town incorporated in 1981 and grew fastest in the mid-1990s and 2000s; roughly six in ten homes were built after 2000, and the earlier subdivisions east of downtown date from the 1970s and 1980s.

A shower from that first wave of building is now twenty to thirty years old, which is when original pans, grout and caulk tend to need attention. LV Tile serves Parker for tile installation, bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling and shower pan repair.

Highlands Ranch, CO

Highlands Ranch is a master-planned community about 22 miles southwest of Aurora. Building started in 1980–81 on the former Phipps ranch, and the community was largely built out by around 2010, so most homes date from the 1980s through the 2000s.

Like Aurora, it has houses of many types and ages side by side, and LV Tile's jobs here have ranged from older homes to newer ones. Showers from the 1980s and 1990s are often on their second or third round of caulk by now; when water has gone past the tile, a pan rebuild is the lasting fix. LV Tile serves Highlands Ranch for tile installation, bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling and shower pan repair.

Littleton, CO

Littleton is about 17 miles southwest of Aurora. The city grew quickly in the 1950s and 1960s, so ranch and split-level homes from the 1950s to the 1980s sit alongside the historic core and newer subdivisions. The Littleton shower remodel in the catalog is a full rebuild with 24×48-inch porcelain wall tile, a floating bench, a recessed niche, a grab bar, a glass door and a traditional waterproof liner.

Another Littleton job started in a house built in 2015: the tub faucet had been installed incorrectly, water seeped through the faucet opening for about ten years, and by the time the leak surfaced the plywood subfloor was damaged. Finding the real source before quoting is why every job starts with an inspection.

A Littleton shower has marble-look wall tile, a floating bench, a hexagon-tile floor, and a recessed niche.

Englewood, CO

Englewood is about 14 miles southwest of Aurora and one of the older suburbs on this side of Denver: the median home was built around 1964, roughly 44 percent of the housing dates from the 1940s to the 1960s, and about one in ten homes is older than 1940.

Bathrooms in houses of that age are often small, with tub surrounds and tile set on mortar beds, so a remodel is as much about preparation as about the new tile: squaring up walls, replacing water-damaged subfloor and getting the waterproofing right before anything is set. LV Tile serves Englewood for tile installation, bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling and shower pan repair.

Castle Rock, CO

Castle Rock is about 30 miles south of Aurora and one of the fastest-growing towns in the metro: roughly a third of its homes were built in the 2000s, another third in the 2010s, and building continues. Most of the housing is new or nearly new, and an early-2000s shower is now around twenty years old, the age when pans, grout and caulk start to need attention.

Whether the job is a leak or an update, the written scope, progress payments and 3-year workmanship warranty are the same as everywhere else. LV Tile serves Castle Rock for tile installation, bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling and shower pan repair.

Castle Pines, CO

Castle Pines is about 28 miles south of Aurora, just north of Castle Rock. Development began in the 1980s around the golf community, the city incorporated in 2008, and new neighborhoods are still being added, so 1980s–2000s houses stand next to new construction.

Homes here tend to be larger, on bigger lots, which usually means more than one full bathroom and showers with room for a bench, a niche and a glass enclosure. LV Tile serves Castle Pines for tile installation, bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling and shower pan repair.

Fox Hill, CO

Fox Hill is a newer custom-home community on acreage lots in Franktown, close to Parker, Castle Rock and Castle Pines. Custom homes mean bathrooms built to the owner's plan: large-format tile, walk-in showers with benches and niches, and the same attention to waterproofing that any new shower needs.

Written estimates, progress payments and the 3-year workmanship warranty apply here as everywhere else. LV Tile serves Fox Hill for tile installation, bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling and shower pan repair.

Also serving

Denver, CO

Denver borders Aurora on the west, so Denver jobs are close by. The housing runs from early-1900s bungalows to new infill, and the two Denver projects in the catalog show both ends of what a shower can need: a pan rebuilt after nails had punctured the liner and water reached the first-floor ceiling, and a shower in an older house where the walls were rebuilt before the new tile went on.

A Denver shower has gray rectangular wall tile, a hexagon-tile floor, and a recessed niche with toiletries.

Commerce City, CO

Commerce City is about 11 miles north of Aurora. The Reunion community and the city's northern neighborhoods have been built since 2002, so much of that housing is now ten to twenty years old, the age at which original builder showers start to need repairs. LV Tile also serves Commerce City for tile installation, bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling and shower pan repair.

Denver Tech Center and Cherry Creek

Denver Tech Center and Cherry Creek are areas within the Denver metro that LV Tile also serves; they are listed as areas, not separate cities.
