This policy explains what happens when you use the LV Tile estimate form or contact us directly.

Information you choose to send

The estimate form collects your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you select and your project description. LV Tile uses these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project and prepare an estimate.

How form delivery works

The website first tries to deliver your request to LV Tile through Telegram. If that delivery fails, it tries to send the same information by email through Resend. Telegram or Resend processes the information as part of delivering the request. You can contact LV Tile directly instead of using the form.

Spam prevention

The form uses a hidden field to detect automated spam and records when the form was started to reject unusually fast submissions. The website also temporarily uses IP-based submission timestamps in server memory to limit repeated requests. These checks are used to protect the estimate form, not for advertising.

Analytics and advertising

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. No photo upload is included in the current estimate form.

Calls and email

If you call, text or email LV Tile directly, your contact details are used to reply about your project and to prepare an estimate, not for advertising lists.
